I still have not received my copy of LOTR in the mail yet. I am very pissed off and Best Buy won't do anything until it has been 10 business days. My copy supposedly was shipped on August 5 and I really hope it did not get lost. What happens if an item gets lost? Best Buy won't really say...

Am I the only person who has not received their copy yet? I called Bestbuy and they said it would take 3 to 10 business days. My copy was shipped on August 5, so I hope the disc did not get lost.

I still have not received my copy!! I am getting worried that it got lost or something. I have never ordered anthing from Bestbuy.com. Does it ususally take this long?
