Was the 'FOTRE' missing footage found just after the Miriam Special Edition DVD set was released in North America from the BFI vaults in London or elsewhere? I can't recall the length of what was found either. For some reason, I think it was around eight minutes.

I recall from the DVD's that the various members of the member-states of the empire arriving at the German fort looked really overbaked. I guess that look has been continued on these blu-ray releases. Oh, well.
