Aaron made the best partner for most of the dances that required a strong partner (both in stature and strength), but Fik-shun probably had more entertainment value and charisma working for him.
Amy and Jasmine were solid dancers, though I found Jasmine's long legs almost too distracting at...
I started watching last night's episode around 3 a.m., thinking I'd watch a few numbers and then pass out. I stayed up and watched the entire episode. Good stuff. Too bad I'm paying for it in lack of sleep for today, but it was a solid lineup of all-stars bringing it. Allison is amazing...
Ugh, that Paul-Witney routine was awkward, and I couldn't believe they didn't comment on the missed hand-pass either.
Hayley's routine was so unbelievably beneath her talent level.
Makenzie knocked it out of the park (good partnering too), but the general public just never warmed up to her...
As soon as they announced Malece and Amy as the bottom 2, I knew Malece was going home. I think they just wanted to see Amy do her "dance for her life" routine, otherwise, had Jenna not done hers previously, she'd been in the bottom 2.
Mackenzie's the girl you want to go to the prom with and get your prom photo taken with, but Hayley might be the girl you want to party with after the prom. :D
I find it hiliarious that Mackenzie keeps landing in the bottom 3 and the judges are adamant about not letting her go yet.
Not sure if Hayley is the total package, but I like the way she can move.
Was sort of surprised that they let Jasmine (non-Harper) go last night, but I wanted Mariah to go, and she didn't land in the bottom 3, so what are you gonna do when the tapper girl did okay last night?
Jenna's got some amazingly toned legs, like Rockette-toned legs (a lot of contemporary...
I'm having a hard time finding a specific someone to root for this season, maybe I'm not feeling any of the charisma from most of the remaining contestants yet.
I think the couples with the taller male dancers (i.e. Alan and Aaron) have a better time with lifts and twists between the pair, it just looks awkward when the shorter male dancers (like Paul) are trying to overcome framing issues. Kind of surprised Carlos got sent home, but he sort of pulls...
Pretty solid opening for the top ten pairs.
Not sure who's the front-runners are, though.
Amy is the beast, just don't know if her pairing with Fik-shun (really?) will help or hurt her chances.
Makenzie is really pretty, can't wait to see her out of a ballroom routine, and her being able to...
No more kid dancing, please!
That brunette with the sort of gumby dance legs was so pretty. (The one with the parents singing "Good Night").
The first girl (blonde) seemed to be dancing and playing to the judges too much with her smiling and sexuality, but she was dang pretty too.
Too much...
I did not need to see a dislocated knee in slow motion!!! Geez Lou-weez!!!
I never understand why these b-boy dancers who know about SYTYCD don't learn how to deal with choreography if they're going to audition. That dude was 28 years old, no excuses!
Right, but she was a troupe dancer on DwtS, her BFF Lindsay got the Pro Dancer gig, and was paired with the boxer who had a romantic meltdown mid-way through the season.
The same Witney on DwtS this season?
Allison is amazeballs. I love staring at Kathryn.
I always thought Robert was a weaker dancer than most of his all-star contemporaries.
