City Lights has little to no visible EE on a 36" TV. It's a tiny bit soft, but it still looks 100% film-like. (one title card is frozen, probably due to a film break) Snow White might have ONE shot with EE, but it looks a lot like part of the artwork... other than that questionable scene...
