Thank you for this. You are correct. Between this post and yours, I re-read some past articles on Assistant Director David Halls, whose sentencing plays out to me like a slap-on-the-wrist; especially when factoring in his past history on another set.

The first responsibility begins with the Armorer, who handed the weapon to the Director.
