I thought the new promo was online but isn't yet. I saw it Thursday when watching the CSI rerun, and it showed many intense scenes from the premiere. Given how deceptive these TV trailers usually are, I'd say the outcome of the episode is obvious. I like it when new seasons pick up...
Yeah, I've read all the details and seen the trailer for season 8 (very good trailer by the way). Regarding your spoiler: She is NOT a replacement for Sara, and has an unusual name: Veronica Lake. The name of an actress from the 1940's. She is played by Jessica Lucas, from the show "Life...
In addition to William Friedkin directing an episode, "CSI:" and "Without A Trace" will crossover, with Trace star Anthony LaPaglia appearing on CSI, and William Petersen appearing on Trace. This will be happening on a single night - a two hour event. Some weird wild stuff will be...
William Friedkin will direct an episode of CSI next season, re-teaming with William Petersen since their film "To Live and Die In L.A." 22 years ago. http://www.variety.com/article/VR111...goryId=29&cs=1
That is the article I was referring to when I said that it spoils everything, especially when you see the image posted on the previous page of the thread showing Grissom and the miniature. (post #200 of this thread)
That's correct. They resolved everything each time. Perhaps the 'outside' influences, so to speak, prompted a change in the episode's ending forcing a cliffhanger.
To add to Joe's spoiler: I hope that this Jorja Fox contract resolve/dissolve mess is kept secret no matter the outcome, as ANY mention of it will instantly ruin the storyline's resolution before season 8 begins. It's a very tricky situation here, and it's very easy for things to leak out. It...
Well it's done, at least for east coast viewers here. I thought it was great, but I've seen so many 'meh' and 'lame' remarks for this show that I realize I'm certainly not on the same level with people in terms of enjoyment. I must say, William Petersen IS CSI:. His role this season...
Yup. That image should not have been posted. See, it's a miniature and we all know that what happens in the miniatures happens for real. Therefore it should not have been posted. The preview for next week's season finale showed close-ups of that same miniature. It's easy to see why that...
To top it all off, that image posted above was a huge spoiler. I say that because the event that takes place in it was spoiled in an online newspaper article I read - the New York Post. Why? Because all the behind-the-scenes drama seems to trump preserving the storylines and the element...
Well next weeks' preview for the season finale was pretty much spoiled for all of us who read the behind-the-scenes talk, wasn't it? It's not like we're going to be surprised now. The speculation is gone.
Yeah. It's a neat little trick to make the audience gossip about it all week long, but it sure as hell worked on me, because I worry too much about these things that I don't want it to be for the worst - especially since next week's preview sees Grissom in an uncharacteristically reckless light.
I enjoyed "Lab Rats" mainly because it gave those supporting characters more rounded personalities, and made them more than glorified extras. Not everyone sees the negative in a popular series doing a show like that.
On ANGEL, David Boreanaz looked quite different season to season. Not older, but thinner sometimes, then heavier other times. Some people are like that and seeing someone like Jorja Fox, William Shatner, or anyone else week after week for several years, you begin to notice these things...
I found it truly funny and interesting that Grissom's first instinct is to try to smash the rat with one of those metal bowls and didn't care that he ended up smashing a bunch of beakers with chemicals in them! I don't know, somehow I thought he would have tried to catch it gently. It was a...
In HD, yes. However no one really knows why CBS provided a cropped 4:3 version of season 1 for DVD release. Season 1 is 1.78:1 like every other season.
I wish that damn rumor of a widescreen DVD reissue came true, because I saw season 1 in HD widescreen back in December and I couldn't believe how great it looked.
More spoilerized clue talk. I doubt it's any of the core group - Grissom, Sidle (obviously my very implausible second choice), Stokes, Brown, Sanders, Willows, Brass, Robbins or Curtis. That leaves reccuring characters: Hodges (everyone's first choice, and the first one to know that...
I'm gonna throw my choices out there, using the actor's initials, and then tell me if we're on more-or-less the same page: W.L. and J.F. and J.F. makes no sense to me, not because of the foster home angle, but because it's too left-field this far into the series.
As for a third, I'm...
