As a civil engineer there were several things that were not very realistic in this episode. First, storm and/or sanitary sewers typically do not run under buildings. They typically run under streets. Second, a grated ventilation or air opening to the sewer is NOT going to be into a building...

I am not convinced that Nadia is not the the mole and that the other guy "found" the chip in the equipment to cover up Nadia and is also part of the "mole" team. Maybe a good way to get your mole back in place and to throw suspicion off of her.....

Early on in the show I said to my wife that "Dad" was really the bad guy and that will work itself out by the end of the hour. I also said that Graem was a "goner" once "Dad" was allowed to talk to him alone. This show can sometimes be too predictable - but I still really enjoy it!

My DVR froze part way through episode 4 - exactly during the period that Curtis met his death, so I rented the disk at Blockbuster. Just rent the disk and watch. I can also now miss the first 12 minutes of the next episode, as it is on the disk as well :).
