    Tru 'dat, Richard. :biggrin: The thing that really honked me off was them telling me they hadn't received my return--after I had already told them they had it (you callin' me a liar?) and I had the USPS tracking to back me up that they had gotten it more than two weeks earlier. Jerks.

    And just to close my own personal circle, at 9 o'clock tonight, I escalated my "dispute" with FYE to full-on "Claim" status (which authorizes PayPal to step in to determine the proper resolution to the disagreement). Less than four hours later I got a notification that FYE had refunded my money.

    With relatives in the great white north, I know all too well the difficulties (and costs) of getting mail from one side of the border to the other. And, frankly, there is a bit of logic that would allow Canadian mail quicker egress to the UK...both part of the monarchy and all... :biggrin:
