I just thought I'd mention for those who haven't yet purchased any Bowery Boys titles that TCM began yesterday showing the series again on Saturday mornings.
From everything I've read (I don't have the newest set personally), Universal hasn't bothered to release either of those films in the correct aspect ratio.
It wouldn't be the first TCM documentary where the principal subject wasn't alive to participate. A terrific, historically accurate and informative documentary could certainly be produced if the pwoers that be wanted to create one. I'd certainly love to watch such a feature.
