Woohoo! My set broke the energy barrier and arrived at my doorstep in the Great White North today. Something to look forward to when I get back from our holiday vacation next year. Hmm, when I put it that way, that seems like a long time away.

I find the Tony Bremner Star Trek Symphonic Suite of, 'The Paradise Syndrome, ' to be a wonderful interpretation, and fairly faithful, rendition of that episode score.

Congrats Nelson. I envy you gents in the Alpha Quadrant, us folks in the Delta Quadrant always have a longer wait.

Correct Scott. The Doomsday score always had that the Spinal Tap Volume Level Eleven setting sound to it. Its more pronounced during the brass moments.

I have that CD and never noticed any distortion and assumed any lack of fidelity was due to the source material. Listening to the recently released samples of other cues, their fidelity does sound better though.

Me too. Bit of a bummer too, as its one of my favorite episode scores.
