Roughly, how many episodes here have been missing from tv over say the last 20 years? I know some have long been lost, but are there any others that were syndicated in earlier years but haven't been included in modern syndication packages for this program? I haven't started watching mine yet...

While I feel for the employees, the local news reported today that my local FYE store was closing in January. I read that not long after replying to you earlier this evening. I can't say as I'm surprised or feel sorry for them when they treat customers the way that they've shown they do.

What's happening with Paypal and your claim? Sounds like others have had success with that avenue when FYE failed to properly react. And my Amazon order is in Buffalo and is on track to be here tomorrow. :)

With their reputation of high retail prices, I'd of been surprised if they followed through. They don't seem very customer-centric, one reason why they've struggled to adapt in the face of online retailing and the unfortunate decline of physical media.

Maybe I'll keep Amazon as a backup. I still have a local FYE store, so I assume I can return online orders there if I wish. I want two sets and have no need for four copies if both happen to come through. And I don't want the hassle of flipping them, or sending anything back to Amazon.
