Looking at that list I now think that Paramount's price strategy is pretty smart: ST:TNG Season 7 brought in more revenue than Buffy Season 5 despite the fact that Buffy sold more than twice the number of units. Buffy is already pretty cheap so I'm willing to bet that not many people avoided...
