I don't think anyone mentioned It Came From Hollywood. Paramount designed new cover art for it but pulled the disc (you can still view it at Amazon.com). Clip licensing was going to be a nightmare.

The first pressing of Devil's Advocate was the original version, with a disclaimer on the box in red. The disc was not recalled, but repressed with the alteration. I have a copy of the original release DVD.

Another LD to check out is Men In Black. The DVD was delayed (and ultimately revamped), but the laserdisc had a solo commentary by director Barry Sonnenfeld. I remember his comments about the little alien in the head, and how he said he would (for a fee) have it perform "Happy Birthday" for you...
