Thor seems to be doing well at the boxoffice this weekend. Estimated $65M+ over the weekend. $25M+ Friday. Just wondering how much better it would have done without the higher 3D ticket prices? :-)

Marvel and Paramount must be getting nervous because Fast Five is killing Thor overseas. But then sequels tend to do better overseas but they must be sweating.
Is it too late to beg the producers to NOT release this film in 3D? It wasn't shot in 3D and audiences have begun rejecting anything in 3D lately so I think it would be wise for them to just release it in 2D only. My .02 cents.
