This week's episode is the season finale?! Again? ALREADY?! I know they're bringing out the spin off in January, but how many episodes were in this year's Ghost Hunter's season?

Watched about an hour "live" on Halloween, and will get through the rest this weekend. Wrestlers. Sheesh. And the new girl is making this show worth catching every week. C-U-T-E!

Gonna DVR the Halloween show tomorrow. Still watching, via DVR, and laughed a bit at the Seattle stuff; obviously no one told them about the various things seen in the Pike Place Market, or else they got the cold shoulder from the place.

I tried watching Ghost Advetures, but shut it off after about 20 minutes. Maybe I should have stuck it out. And Jason just comes off too snotty in his write-up to me, like someone not used to negative comments; welcome to the Real World, Jason!

God, those MySpace posters are such suck-ups! As if being on his "friends list" means he gives a rip. I mean, I have William Shatner, Kevin Smith, and others on my "Friends list" and know it means exactly jack & sh*t to them. Thanks for the link, Scott!

Well, since Donna, Brian, and Andy left (not to mention one of the 'demonlogist' brothers) I'm gonna keep a keen eye on their MySpace page for any 'interesting' blog posts.

LOL! As a writer, I just tell the wife: "Purely research!" But I think I turned up that card one too many times in the past, as I get the eye roll as well.

I'll forgive them a lot in October (I love autumn, always in a great mood then), but considering this is the first season I really started watching it is disappointing to catch the ride right when the train jumps the tracks!

It's all about the Dead Presidents. You really think they drove all the way out here to the Left Coast just for an investigation? I bet there were a Power Lunch or two thrown in there. And thanks for bringing up that business about the dude's "movie," Dave. That really put the black mark on...

So, Donna and Brian "left" TAPS, eh? They have their own MySpace site simply called TheProject, and apparently are going to start their own rival paranormal squad. But, are they just trying to get their own TV show or really wanna explore the supernatural?

YIKES! That Sci Fi forum can get passionate, can't it?! But it's nice to see that Ghost Hunters have come over to the Seattle area, although I've been to Pike Place and the Underground many, many times and the only entity I ever sensed was the overwhelming STENCH of urine! Or was that just high...

Mr. Hollywood's device reminded me immediately of a trick my Dad used to pull on people - there is a bird that will start letting loose with a single chirp every 5 seconds or so around sunset, and my Dad would tell people: I'm going to talk to that bird! and place his whistle right in between...

Having never really followed the show this closely before, since this is the "Summer Season Finale" when does it start again? October? I'm SO tempted to see if our OnDemand has that one too!

I bet they will explain it by saying something like: "We got a call from a TAPS family member in LA saying someone says Sharon Tate's ghost was seen at the site of the murders!" Load up the trucks!

While I like the idea of GH coming here to the left coast, the Sharon Tate thing did seem a little strange to examine; haven't watched last night's episode yet, I DVR'd it because the wife wanted to watch Blood Diamond. BTW, I recorded the first hour rerun and man that DAY OFF sequence from that...

Dude, playing with Ouija is like playing with fire. I only know this through research, but learned enough to never try it myself.

That's about how it's done. Like Bob wrote, tape would offer too much hiss that might mask any subtle sounds, and since you have to usually crank it up to hear, that hiss would be hard to hear past. I researched a lot of this stuff for a story. There's some spooky sounding stuff online to hear.

I'm wondering if it's pressure from Sci Fi Channel to add those intros. Or maybe they actually have a producer (albeit from that footage a BAD producer) now as the show has seemingly grown in popularity. But, I agree, it needs to be dropped before it gets any more embarrassing.

The thing is when you're actually in that situation (granted, I was only 14-16 when it happened to me, a LONG time ago) bravado goes out the window. Hell, when my dog growls when we're home alone I still get the creeps.

Gerry, I had a somewhat similar experience in my other home when I was growing up, and all it took was moving an old photograph I discovered in the room to cause the activity to stop. Have you checked the attic for something that you don't own? Just a thought. Funny thing about last night's...
