I am gettng the same error message as Andrea W. Can anyone confirm that it is only the free version having problems or that there is now some sort of limit for the free version. I had decided to upgrade to the pay version but want to wait until it is stable for at least a week.

Wow, dont know what you got till it's gone I guess. I for one am going to become a paying customer once they go back up. This is a wonderful program/service
