    Phil, I use either "Group" or "Top Menu", followed by 2. There are some very poorly implemented players, such as the Marantz DV-8400 which are exceptions to the rule. With this player, the beef is equally valid with SA-CD for this player, as it is almost always necessary to have a monitor...

    Lee, You missed the point entirely, but oh well. There are countless recordings where 44.1 and 48k are the master tape sampling rate.
