Wow!!! Absolutely terrible and on multiple levels as you pointed out. I guess that's why I'm more inclined to bring the services I want into my home instead of going out into today's world for them wherever possible.

My theater has assigned seating but, since I'm the owner, I do all of the assigning. The practice works when properly applied. :)
