And yeah, the WAC is pretty inconsistent sometimes in that regard. They've also released other incomplete films, but are withholding others like The Big Sky for that reason...
That's where I cross the line. If they can get the roadshow cut out there, I'll wait rather than getting 3/5 of a movie. Has the roadshow cut ever been broadcast? Also I have more faith that WB will eventually get something done about that film.

I think the only other choice may have been to add some sort of "reconstructed" cut that spliced in the LD roadshow footage with the HD footage, kinda like in the blu-ray of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad...
