Cohen Media is restoring films that they physically possess in their library, which includes Jamaica Inn. The Rohauer library, which Cohen Media inherited, never had a print Under Capricorn, so Cohen Media will not be restoring this film.
The best thing Cohen Media can do is get rid of that "Rohauer Presents" opening title sequence credit. Not sure if they need that to maintain copyright (lame if true), but it makes the film seem tampered with as is.

Looks like the Cohen Media Group has completely acquired the entire Rohauer Library, and high on their list is Jamaica Inn.
So far the only officially licensed version of this film from the Rohauer collection was part of the UK "British Hitchcock" DVD collection.
