The reason this book series is so great is that no character is ever truly safe. It was like that before the Red Wedding and remains that way. Season 4 will have its fair share of shocking moments.
I have to agree but the show did it very well. I don't think they could have matched the book, though. That section was written perfectly and was beyond shocking. I closed the book cursing after reading the scene.
Agreed. Gleeson did a great job of making Joffrey seem absolutely clueless about what was going on and what to do about it. He came across as the frightened child to Margery's mature adult. Loved it. Then again, I loved everything about the episode.
