    On the DTS on Indy question: The films were released in 70mm 6-track I believe, which would likely be the source for the 5.1 sound. Lawrence of Arabia was released in 6-track, and this was ported to DTS for the new prints

    Galen is correct. It is virtually impossible to put the kind of effort into an old film you can put into a new. For old films like Indy you spend 80% of your time digging for material. It's "What can we find" rather than "what can we do" Supposedly there are 2-disc uber-SEs of each film...
