It's already been confirmed that book 3 is going to be split over 2 seasons. No word yet on when the spit will happen though.

I believe that Book 3 will be covered in seasons 3 and 4 of the TV show. It's still 10 episodes per season. Books 4 and 5 both share the same timeline. Not sure how they are implementing that into the TV show. If they continue 2 seasons per book, then the author has 6 years to get book 6...
