if you've watched smallville from the beginning, you know cool stuff like this doesn't stick around. just like the zod storylines that pretty much found closure in s6 season opener, bizzaro will suffer the same fate. s7 opening, done deal, probably in the 1st 15min., then it's back to normal...
i don't think smallville ever had a strong season as a whole from beginning through the end. it's always one or two eps that make it rise above mediocrity a little bit before retreading back to th lower depths.
it's good but i just think of all the time they wasted in between season finales. wtf are they doing? giving us more boring filler/soapy dramas? c'kmon why not shake things up like heroes and do these great scenes in the middle of the seasons and raise the stakes? anyway, next year is the last...
i don't read spoilers for smallville, but i would love it if they got rid of lana somehow. she's just so damned annoying in the last 2-3 seasons after HS finished. lana should STAY HS story, not beyond.
actually welling was never a "kid" to me. hell, i don't think he looked HS age anyway, it's that case of 90210 kid played by 20/30 year olds. aaanyway, routh isn't really believable @all as supes or kent because he doesn't have any qualities of christopher reeves. he's a lookalike, but he sure...
i expected a lex reveal in a 33.1 lab with the baby =D. it HAS to happen because that means it'll make him even more evil and sinister because of the lies he has to tell straight-faced to lana. these last 2 eps have really elevated smallville into somn else altogether :emoji_thumbsup: lots of...
2 more eps, then repeat, then late april it returns to complete the season. i think they're going to press a reset button at the end of the episode =P.
aren't there like... 5 or 6 phantoms from the zone? so far they've caught about 2 or 3 of them, correct? that makes just 2 or 3 more? anyone keeping tabs?
just had a chance to catch onthe last 3 or 4 eps. i have to say, Justice was so exciting! just the fact that we're seeing live action versions of so many comic book heroes :D
yeah but this clark+lana thing has just become so tiresome. he has ALREADY gotten together with lana. they've broken up and now it's just time to move on.
my sentiments exactly. the lines&scenes were spewing out were horrendous. like the scene where jimmy+chloe met the kid's mother. she was like, ok i'll follow strangers just because they claim to have seen my son. it was just terrible. i can't believe allison&tom welling were saying the...
you know what's going to happen is that this incarnation of lex's memory will be erased and he'll forget his youth, hence he doesn't recognize clark =). of course lana will be dead, =).
just thinking some more about age, tom welling looks much older than 20! =). i just really want to see him as SUPERMAN!!! how many seasons were all of the past superman shows (either animated or live action and outside of comic books)? i think tom welling's incarnation of CK&Supes has the most...
>). heh heh heh. i just thought of somn interesting. i don't listen to TV series commentaries but i did manage to listen to clips of the creators from season1 of smallville. they said they liked the premise of clark growing up&deal with growing pain issues (like creatures of the week) and...
well, it was wishful thinking =). i really, really want the tom welling version of superman to be on the bigscreen because the fans of the show have invested 6 seasons (the ones that have watched every ep like me) would really relate. and despite my earlier doubts about chloe, after reading...
