Just a friendly FYI, but the billboards for the film's theatrical release had the same artwork on them as is on the cover for the disc, along with the tagline One Man Saw It Coming. I'm wondering what happened to the tagline! ;)

That's got to be some sort of rumor, I can't imagine anyone being so vain as to actually throw a fit if his/her picture isn't on a box. Besides, he was the star of that film, I would imagine he saw what the dvd cover was going to look like at some point before it's release?
