Chris, yes. For example in Who's That Knocking At My Door, when Keitel & Bethune are making out for the first time in the film. The commentary starts with Keitel sitting up and saying "just not now"... about 2-3 minutes of the (making out) scene itself is missing (well, forwarded). It is subtle...
