Haven't seen it, but the word is known in the US (assuming it is a vaginal reference, as it would be here). I can't imagine how that would be necessary for a film like this, but I haven't seen it.
I'm not a big Whedon fan, so this may be off, but I think his reputation suggests it will be more than just shit blowing up. That's just a teaser trailer thing (and the laser stuff did look pretty cool).
The Hulk was basically the Pete Best of the Avengers. He was there ever so briefly when they were just getting started up, but his persecution complex caused him to leave the group. They basically had one, maybe two adventures together and he said, "You guys will probably come after me next!"...
