    The version of "Summertime" currently on HBOMAX looks good. Still 1.33 . I wonder if the new Criterion blu ray will be from the same source.

    I had not seen the trailer before. Lots of headroom on top in most shots.

    There is also a Japanese blu ray import of the film at Amazon that is listed as 1:33. The version currently on HBOMAX is likewise 1:33 . Seems the only way this film has been available for home viewing.
