It would be nice if casting people thought about personality too, i saw him in the Conan remake and cardboard cut out comes to mind, too often they hire based on looks and physique and they forget that having a personality is important too.
Bruce Wayne is a billionaire, i'm sure he can lay his hands on some Kryptonite and come up with some very handy Kryptonite laced weapons and armour that would stop Superman in his tracks, this movie seems to have too many characters, i gotta wonder if Lois Lane is going to get much screen time...
Iron Man 4 should be out around 2016 as i don't see another one being made before the next Avengers film due out next summer and they took three years between the second and third thus 2016 makes sense for Iron Man 4 and competition with the Batman/Superman film.
I liked Keaton but obviously he is too old for the part now, in fact i prefer the Gothic landscapes and fun of the original two Burton films to the newer ones, sure the Bale ones are good but the first two Burton movies are great.
Maybe they should hire Affleck and Matt Damon to write the script, it worked out kinda good the last thing they wrote together, also Matt Damon for Lex Luthor, he has the right look and age and does bald well, just see his look in Elysium.
I think Nicolas Cage looked super cool in Kick Ass where he actually wore a Batman type costume, can you imagine the Cage from Wild At Heart playing Batman, yeah i'd be for that.
I think Affleck is building up a fine resume as a director, perhaps this will backfire on him but let's give him a...
You just know some people are going to ask when did Affleck play Superman, the answer is he played George Reeves aka the original fifties Superman in Hollywoodland.
The same rubbish happened when Michael Keaton was cast as Batman and Keaton was very good in the role, i think Affleck will be the least of this film's issues, they need a good script, they get that then Affleck will be excellent in the role, it's the script people need to worry about and not...
Ridiculous money, i don't think Christian Bale is the reason the last two Batman movies made over a billion each at the box office, they should spend wisely and work on a good script, try and keep the budget reasonable, Bale doesn't need the cash and i think he will turn them down if that rumour...
2015 could be a crowded year as Independence Day 2, Avatar 2, Pirates Of The Caribbean 5, Jurassic Park IV, Terminator 5 and the Finding Nemo sequel will be out, i think ID: Part 2 may get delayed till 2016 and the 20th anniversary but for me i would say Avatar 2 will be the biggest box office...
Christopher Reeve will always be Superman for me, i also liked Michael Keaton and the two Tim Burton Batman films more than the grim ( but entertaining ) Nolan flicks, i loved the dark gothic nature of the Burton Batman films, a lot of thought went into the design of those sets and i'll take...
