    "The New World" was just named one of the Best of the Best (SD) DVD's, by Home Theater (I know, I know) mag. Would LUV the extended cut in HD!!! :-0

    I'm guessing: How much does it cost to master one "LotR" film, a million? How many copies would NL sell, 100,000? If NL made $10US on every copy sold, where is the profit?

    Not worried "NL" isn't in the war now. It's a war after all & one with very little payoff today, yet a lot to lose today & tomorrow. That being said: I'd LUV to see the extended cut of "The New World" on HD DVD by 4Q or this time next year at the latest. Here's hoping!!! That "LotR" thing...
