Yes I agree with J. Casey, the passive LG 4k sets are great for 3D, without loss in 1080p source resolution. Especially nice with the OLED models. If everyone had their first home 3D experience using a passive 4K setup like these, perhaps 3D would not have lost so much appeal.

I have Frozen in 3D. What happened, is it discontinued or are you specifically referring to a special edition? PS I saw Force Awakens in 3D when it came out and it was impressive in the theatre where I saw it. Awaiting the 3D Blu Ray before I buy, so Disney better release it. Have an LG 4k OLED...
