I usually only buy digital versions of movies I don't want to spend much $ on; movies I might not buy otherwise. Or in the case of discs gone bad, I buy the digital as a backup.

I bought the set in 2011. I did not remember that it was a third party sale until I pulled up the Amazon receipt Sherri asked for, At that point I expected it to be rejected. I told Sherri I was fine with it. I just thought that rule should be known to others with defective discs.

Sherri replied to my email and offered to replace my defective Errol Flynn discs with MOD discs. I told her that was perfectly acceptable and count myself fortunate that she offered to do so.
