I got my replacement disc yesterday. Didn't have to send in the original disc at all. Overall time took just over a month due to the Christmas holidays. Thanks Disney.

I don't know if I'm getting a mailer or the actual replacement disc. On the 8th I got the request for mailing address. On the 19th I got a reply saying thank-you for the information and that a replacement is on the way. No mention of the mailer at all in the second response.
