A decent episode with a shocker ending. I'm surprised that's not the season ending. I still love all the characters / actors. But the stories and silliness, that was so fresh that first season, is nit compelling to me. I don't know that I'll watch next season. But I hope for a stupendous season...

"??? You're feeding for me!" A pretty good episode (graded on Chuck standards), with some great humor from Volkoff's mom and Casey. The "Las Vecas" gag was ridiculous, even by Chuck standards. Awesome would not have made such a gaffe.

If that's one where Volkoff is captured, I agree it's about the best, most satisfying episode this season. In fact, it would have been a good season closer.

Here's what you missed ;) Volkoff was captured. Frost, Chuck's mom, was freed from her double-agent thing under Volkoff. She spent quality time with her granddaughter, and then left to parts unknown. Chuck proposed to Sarah, and she's been freaking out over the wedding plans. Morgan feels like...

Don't get me wrong: I don't want to see Chuck and Sarah break up for its own sake. But when the greatest drama is apartment hunting, something's missing :)

But it's boring. There's no tension. No risk. No danger. There is no story in happiness.

We've watched the last four or five episodes, getting caught up. I enjoyed Timothy Dalton as Volkoff, and it had some decent character momentum at times. And the episode with the love-jilted Gen Beckman made up for its silliness with some fun scenes and, of course, Beckman firing the RPG...

When he turned and killed The Gobbler...that was actually scary.

He's may have been their best guest star, (though Nicole Richie was surprisingly good in her part). I've believed him completely both when he was the goofy, semi-competent handler, and now as the ultimate, evil mastermind of Volkoff industries. He inhabits his role like Adam Baldwin does.

My wife enjoyed that link :) But especially after these past two episodes, I hope they wrap it up and conclude the series. I'd rather a strong ending than going two seasons past the prime and fizzling to a milquetoast end like, say, Alias. (and almost every show of this ilk :)

Why did you link to an IKEA page? I must be an episode behind again. I wish you people would all get Tivos and watch on my schedule!!! :) So two episodes ago: quite strong. I really liked that Chuck was ready and able to propose, and he was thwarted by events and not self-sabotaging...

Another good episode. For me, the last two have been a much needed reprieve from a severe slump this season. I really liked Dalton's guest role. He has a lot of charisma and gravitas in the role of Alexey. He's one of the best guest stars Chuck has had. But what...no guesses on the Charades...

The only apparent weakness in this episode, the seemingly consequence-free escape of Chuck after his mental Buy More had the lights put out. But "Chuck", to its credit, has followed up on such things before.

Now that's why I watch Chuck!!! (I'll invite my arch-nemesis, dancing banana, to help with this one)

Jeff and Lester were on the run last season, thinking they had blown up the Buy More. I expect we'll catch up with them in some humorous way. Big Mike is probably on a deep-sea fishing vacation.

Liked it, didn't love it. Wasn't as big or emotional as the best episodes. A solid start to the season.

Looking forward to Chuck's return! Great finish to S3. Avoiding all spoilers. Now I'm sub'd and I'll see y'all after the premiere!
