I'm always the unlucky one in restaurants too. I like my steak medium rare - warm red center, very juicy. I have been to exactly three restaurants worldwide which are able to get it right :angry: The last time I went to Florida, we ate at Artist's Point at the Wilderness Lodge inside Disney...- Dave Smith
