Like stated above, I don't know if there will be an audible difference between the two. I've seen speakers stuffed with wool... (I doubt it was llama wool) so it's not entirely uncommon. If you have a llama or can get the wool cheap.. go for it. Otherwise I would go with the polyfil strictly...
