Thats an example I didn't see anything wrong with...its a race for $1,000,000 and thats a harmless attempt to get an edge. It had the same effect as a Yield, had it worked.
I agree that no other team came out and said that they were better or superior to the other teams, the way the Weavers did. But, since some other teams (Linzes, Godlowskis, etc.) obviously hated the Weavers BECAUSE of their behavior, that means that those teams disapproved of that type of...
The only reason I could imagine that most teams got along with the Linzes is because most of the horrible things they said were only said to the cameras.
As I said before, nothing any team did was against the rules. Those tactics by the Weavers were not "not part of the game". Sure they were tactics that might turn people against them, but using the Yield will not make you liked either.
I agree that the Weavers were obnoxious, but the other 2 team's hatred toward them made me want the Weavers to win. Too bad those rude Linzes won. The funny part was how the Bransen's got exactly what they wanted...the Weavers didn't win. In the final episode, the Bransens kept saying "I just...
