Jeremy: Is it the cardboard slipcover that you really wanted, more than a new keepcase? FWIW, I tried to get one twice from Artisan, the last time being in October, with no luck. I think some people said they got one...

Just thought I'd mention I got my replacement case on the 15th, so it only took 2 weeks from when I e-mailed. Thanks Artisan! And for those of us who are curious: how *did* you get those keepcases inside the metal covers?

It sounds like the cases are back in stock if some people are getting them now. It's been 2 weeks since they said they were temporarily out...the mail isn't *that* slow. It's no big deal, not like my discs are unprotected, just one thing to scratch off the "to get" list.

Sorry to ask again, but has anybody in Canada managed to receive a new case? Just need the case myself, artwork is fine. The first copy I got had a bashed up metal cover...I returned it for a better cover, but the disc case removed with no problem. The replacement copy had a good-looking...

Thanks Dan! That also explains why I've heard of the UE on one disc... Thanks too Jean-Michel...I guess I got my UE kinda late in the cycle, sometime in 2001.

OT: Somebody mentioned a metallic *UE* case...is that what it was at first, or in the U.S.? Mine is metallic-looking cardboard:frowning:
