The episode actually turned out better than I expected (I haven't been as enthused about this season as many of you). I enjoyed the deconstructive humor, particularly Sarah's imitation of a flash.

Problem is it takes itself more seriously than GAH, at least in the early version I saw.

From what I've seen of the Cape, you may get your wish. I'm surprised it's a prime time show and not something on weekend syndication.
