When I'm feeling lazy and just want a semi sweet cold latte type coffee, I put 1 to 2 teaspoons of Medaglia D'oro espresso powder into 12 ounces of soy milk (Kirkland Signature in this case). Gives a good baseline coffee experience without any fuss.
10 cups! I think the hardest part will be to get a consistent pour with that much water. Most recommendations for pour over is to do a slow circular motion as your are pouring the water, but I'm not sure how to do that with 10 cups of water.
