I don't see that come up in msinfo.exe

Running XP and IE7. I open 'System Information', 'Cache', and then finally 'List of Objects'. There are several items that are installed but I no longer need. For example something from Crucial memory that was supposed to ID my memory. Other stuff from programs that no longer exist. How do I get...
