No, you're not quite correct.. the Borg were in First Contact, where the ship was not destroyed. In Insurrection, the ship crashed onto the idyllic planet as they just bore into the ground.

MIB & MIBII - remove the idiotic end scenes. Timeline - rework the concept, retake several scenes Star Trek: Insurrection - cut a lot of the goofy comedy. Don't destroy the enterprise.. hell, have it limp off, but don't destroy it.. that's becoming pro-forma to keep destroying the darn...
