Yeah, BK really has something with the Angus, which is why I started the thread; far better (IMHO) then what others are cooking up at this moment.

Backyard Burgers here in the metro seems to be not just a KC thing, but also not super widely spread. Not bad.

What's funny is that for all the fast foods, pizza never came up (Papa Johns, Dominos, Little Ceaser's, Sbarro's, Pizza Hut, Pizza Shoppe, Godfathers, etc.)

There is something strange about the sauce or whatever they use there.. yeah, disgusting.. but they have that weird appeal.

The moment McDonalds advertised their "new" Chicken nuggest as now: "Improved! Now all chicken w/White meat!" You knew the jig was up.

Better then it used to be. You can ask for the nutritional menu from them (they have to provide it) the old McNuggest had part fish in them ;)

My wife, being born in Jamaica, grew up after 5 in Miami, 3/4 Chinese, often jokes that she would never go to a seafood restaurant in the midwest. That having been said, she won't eat seafood at all anyway, considering her parents seemingly eat it every meal..

That and you have to buy the mug when you go, almost a rule :) That having been said, they also make one of the better full-length chilidogs on the market.

Arby's has the best lunch deal of the bunch too.. 5 Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches for $5. Hard to beat that.. and they are good, fresh cut meat, which is the joke of their new commercials "let me show you something you won't see at Subway.. a MEAT SLICER!" :)
