THANK YOU HANSON! Problem is, those two statements often don't go hand-in-hand with this show. Taylor Hicks was popular. But not in a way that people wanted to go out and buy his music. People just got caught up in his personality and quirkiness. That popularity didn't translate into sales.

Simon did not look pleased, did he? I'm sure he would much rather have had Adam win. Having another "loser" outsell the "winner" isn't his favorite scenario. Gotta give Kara props for actually singing. Were you taking notes, Paula? Someone needs post the "shot" of Kara. :D

I don't think there's any doubt Adam wins the night. It wasn't even close. Allison did OK. Kris and Danny were way out of their element tonight- especially Danny. He could of at least tried to dress the part. Kris and Danny's duet was bordering creepy. Neither seemed to be into it at all...

Adam in the bottom three! I would never have guessed that. Perhaps a lot of people stopped voting for him thinking he's a shoe-in.

Somewhat of a surprise tonight.

Count me as another one who enjoyed Adam's "Ring of Fire". Yeah, it was totally off-the-wall from the original, but I liked it.

It sounds like the judges will have a say in who goes home this year.

No surprise at all on the top three tonight. As for the wildcards, I'm glad to see Jesse and Megan get a second chance.

Yeah, Adam was blew everyone else away. Out of the girls I liked Megan, Mishavonna and Jesse. Allison could sing, but there's something about her that just bothered me. I think it was her mouth.

Two hours was too much last night. I got bored about halfway through. I'm guessing, like many, that Alexis and Danny will be the top male/female. Beyond that, I think the third spot is pretty much up for grabs except for Brent, Stevie, Casey, and Michael.
