I might be thinking of someone else in the waiting room, but I thought the old lady was clutching a dog-bed & accessories, so it seemed like her canine companion had died & she was getting the memories & sadness removed.
Utterly, utterly brilliant. Jeff, the style of the film is nothing like Lost in Translation, but I do see the comparision - both films are about relationships & people lost. This just approaches it completely differently. I loved this film so much... Need to gather my thoughts more...
