Well John, Hook and Ladder isn't incorrect anyways, as the two words refer to the two different routes run by the wide receivers that will be used in the play. And thankfully I still say duct tape, whew. :)

I had actually never heard to it as a hook and lateral, but I am sure everything is different in different parts of the country.

I was watching the OSU game and thought he spiked the ball early as well, but since they didn't mention it in the booth, I figured it was a moot point. If he did indeed let go early the ball went into the endzone and it would have been PSU's ball. Nice win for Michigan and State looks good...

I can't see how they could possibly get that wrong as well. It was clear that OK should have gotten the ball, and there should be serious consequences for the official. I saw the highlights and couldn't believe that they made the wrong call after the review.
