    I'll buy the BD, and (maybe) rent the new DVD to watch the extras. The only thing I'm gonna watch more than once is the movie, and I'd like that to be in HD.

    The unrated cut was all I was really pushing for. I don't care for most bonus materials anymore. So, woo-hoo on it being the unrated cut! :emoji_thumbsup: I do hear that the new commentary is quite good. Hopefully that will make it to the BD at lhe very least.

    Warner owns the pre-1986 MGM catalog outright. That's how they have such classics as 2001: A Space Odyssey and The Wizard of Oz. :emoji_thumbsup:

    I was talking about a little over a year ago, when Sony distributed on home video for MGM. MGM switched from Sony to Fox in the Summer of 2006. This is why RoboCop was produced on BD by MGM and distributed by Sony, but then canceled before it streeted.
