I'm just annoyed that our Big Lots had no IBC Black Cherry soda when I stopped by yesterday. All they had in stock is the IBC Cherry-Limeade (which I really like and already have at the house).
I need to look for that one at Big Lots - they carry IBC Root Beer (a pretty good one although not my favorite) so some of this just might happen to hit the shelves too.
I've tried most of the ICE flavors. The Ginger Lime is a favorite (me and all the grandkids) as is the Cranberry Frost (very difficult to find around here).
The Pomegranate Blueberry is also quite good:
And the Cherry Limeade:
As is the Black Cherry (I really like this one and it's a...
You've got this one calling my name! I absolutely love maraschino cherries. We purchase them in half gallon size jars. Between the grandkids and me that jar lasts a couple of months at best. I've been known to drink the juice (haven't done that in a while) and will frequently use it to add...
And an Arkansas thing. It's quite common to hear people around here say "Coke" for any type/flavor of soda. In spite of growing up in Arkansas I've always thought it sounded weird. Every time someone asks me if I want a "Coke" I usually reply "No Coke... Pepsi..." in my best Greek accent...
I've seen those San Pellegrino flavors at the Big Lots here. They always call my name (I'm generally a sucker for trying various fruit flavored import sodas). I've not yet purchased any due to the somewhat higher price. I need to cure that as I absolutely love lemon flavored things (lemon...
I'm in Jonesboro - I've seen the diet 2-litre in some stores but can't say for sure about the cans. I drink a glass or two a week and most of that is the ICE or Izze drinks with a glass of "leaded" soda once or twice a month. Usually a Canada Dry ginger ale (they have a version with lemonade...
You should be able to get that one locally. It's available here - both diet and non-diet versions. My grandkids and I love that one. I've been a fan of grapefruit soda since I first had a Fresca - waaaayyy back when it came out in 1968 and was made with cyclamates.
Hmmm... a bit of Ozzie and Harriett going on I see. ;)
I'm not a fan of cream soda - but I do love Red Cream Soda (another go figure thing) and have a story about that one I may share some other time. I'm a huge fan of "Whitehouse" Ice Cream (a former "local" company, Yarnell's, made this in...
Yeah... I do like the underlying flavor - it's the "spiciness" of it that's the turn-off. And that only because it's a liquid (but I really like spicy V-8 and Snappy Tom so go figure).
I like lots of "unusual" type foods/drinks and keep thinking it'll grow on me. After all, the first time I...
The first time I had one I thought the same and expected a kind of root beer/ginger ale combo. Boy was I surprised! I like hot and spicy stuff and have had ginger candy, which is much like the drink but a bit sweeter and something I do like. I was very glad I'd only purchased one to try. In...
I somewhat like ginger beers - in small doses - but, like you've said, they can be a bit over-the-top with the ginger taste. I drink one very rarely and often only get about a half bottle down before dumping it.
He posted the link in message 21.
They have *lots* of interesting sounding sodas. Frostie Rootbeer for one - I've not seen that one in a very long time. Used to be everywhere around here.
