Yes, it will. The "Making of Kill Bill" featurette on the DVD (which includes footage from Volume 2) shows a brief clip of an animated scene where a character is watching a house burn down. Unless this is a deleted scene, it should appear in Volume 2.

Do we know for a fact that the scene was black and white beause of the MPAA? Perhaps it was QT's intention all along. I don't recall him talking about this in interviews so I don't know what his feelings were exactly.

Very frustrating. I was looking forward to buying Kill Bill the day it was released. However, I will not be buying a movie-only version if a special edition of volume 1 and 2 is released 6 months later. Very disappointing. I want to own this movie so badly, but I will just have to rent it and...
