I stand corrected on noticing the issue but I find it hard to believe that anyone can tell if something is 1 to 2 frames off or, say, 3 to 4 frames off.

I haven't seen the disc so I can't say if it's an ADR issue or truly out of sync but if it's out of sync, it must be by more than one or two frames or you wouldn't even notice it.
